Dress Code

The following clothing is NOT permitted:

• Hats/head coverings inside the courtroom (except those worn for religious or medical purposes)
• Sunglasses/shades (except those worn for medical purposes)
• Clothing depicting violence, sexual acts, profanity, or illegal drugs
• Tube or halter tops, plunging necklines, midriff tops
• Ripped or torn clothing
• Mini-skirts or shorts
• Baggy pants that fall below the waist
• Sleeveless shirts (can be worn with a jacket)
• Muscle shirts

 PROHIBITED ITEMS

Items that should NOT enter the courtroom:

• Weapons of any kind
• Electronic recording equipment such as video or voice recorders or cameras (unless approved by the court)
• Food, beverages, chewing gum, and tobacco

* PARENTS, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTROL YOUR CHILDREN WHILE COURT IS IN SESSION *
